at present A-x and B-4x population
after first year (x+(xy/100))for A and (4x-(4xy)/100) for B
after 2nd year (x+(xy/100))+((x+(xy)/100)y)100 for A
(4x-(4xy)/100)-((4x-(4xy/100))y/100) for B
aftre 2 year both r equal
after some step equation became like this
3y^2-1000y+30000=0 so y=300 or 100/3 so i think ans is 33.33%
