Chatting with you considered to be more formal than chatting to you.
Similarly can we use Talking to you and Talking with you?
Or only one of them is correct?

I think both are correct but the usage and the context of use is different.

Talking to you is very commonly used but talking with you is not wrong either.

 

I googled Talking with you and got the following few sentences

but as much as i have read in many novels..."talking with you" is correct....
