Talking to you / Talking with you
Chatting with you considered to be more formal than chatting to you.
Similarly can we use Talking to you and Talking with you?
Or only one of them is correct?
I think both are correct but the usage and the context of use is different.

Don't get me wrong; Mr. US talking to you is going to be very cool.

Talking to you is very commonly used but talking with you is not wrong either.
I googled Talking with you and got the following few sentences
